Can I order via direct message on your social media accounts?

- No. Unfortunately we do not accept any orders via social media. You can only place an order via our online site.

How long will it take before my headwear item arrives?

- You can expect your items to arrive within 2-5 days after you’ve made your payment.

Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?

- Yes. You may collect your items from the Bedecked collection location (Jumpstart Coffee Shop - Shop 8 Kerk Plein Centre, 51 Van Riebeeck Rd, Kuils River, Cape Town, 7580) which is available only on Thursdays from 10:00 – 17:30.

What happens to my parcel if I could not make it to the collection location in time?

-We will keep your parcel for you to collect on the following Thursday, unless you contact Bedecked and request to have your parcel shipped to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

- We accept EFT, Credit Card and Debit Card.

Do you offer customised designs on headwear items?

- Yes, only on 10 or more items.

For custom designs you’ll need to contact info@bedecked.co.za and state your custom requests, whereby we’ll follow up and keep in contact with you on whether your requests and/or design is possible or not.

Please note that ANY custom designs, (eg. embroidery) will have an additional 14 days added to delivery time.

Can I return my item if I have a problem?

- Yes. We want your headwear item to bring you absolute joy so if there is a problem and you would like to return it, our return policy allows you 14 calendar days to do so.

Bedecked allows 14 calendar days to return your purchase. If you would like to return your item after 14 days from when you received your item, you will unfortunately not be able to do so. When returning your purchase, no monetary funds can be refunded. Your funds will however be returned to you in the form of a gift card which you may use on our website whenever you decide to do so. The full amount of your purchase will be refunded to you on this gift card, not cash. The gift card will expire after 12 months after it is issued, so you are valid to use it at your own convenience within the 12 month period.
